利用規約

本規約は、hasha0626(個人開発、以下「当方」といいます)が提供するアプリ「Do Learn 本免・仮免試験をAIが徹底サポート」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条(本アプリの内容)
本アプリは、運転免許の学科試験(仮免許・本免許)対策を目的とした学習支援アプリであり、問題演習、模擬試験、AIチャットによる質問対応等の機能を提供します。
第2条(AIコーチ機能に関する免責事項)
- 本アプリの「AIコーチ」機能は、生成AI技術を用いてユーザーからの質問に自動応答するものであり、その回答内容の正確性、完全性、最新の法令・実際の試験内容との整合性を保証するものではありません。
- AIコーチの回答は、学習の参考情報として提供されるものです。実際の学科試験対策にあたっては、AIコーチの回答のみに依拠せず、必ず教習所発行の教本や公安委員会等が公表する公式資料をあわせてご確認ください。
- AIコーチの回答内容に誤りがあったことに起因してユーザーに生じた損害(試験の不合格その他の不利益を含みますが、これに限られません)について、当方は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負わないものとします。
- 前項の規定は、当方の故意または重過失による場合には適用されません。
第3条(禁止事項)
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他ソースコードを解析する行為
- AIコーチ機能を用いて、運転免許試験対策以外の目的で違法または有害な情報を引き出そうとする行為
- その他、当方が本アプリの運営上不適切と判断する行為
第4条(知的財産権)
本アプリに含まれる文章、問題データ、画像、プログラム等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
第5条(利用制限・提供の変更等)
当方は、ユーザーが本規約に違反したと判断した場合、事前の通知なく本アプリの利用を制限できるものとします。また、当方は、事前の告知なく本アプリの内容変更、提供の中断・終了を行うことができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
第6条(保証の否認・責任制限)
- 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵(安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定目的への適合性、セキュリティ等に関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害等を含みます)がないことを、明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。当方が責任を負う場合であっても、当方の賠償責任は、当該損害の原因となった事由が生じた月にユーザーが本アプリに関して当方に実際に支払った金額を上限とします。
第7条(準拠法・合意管轄)
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して当方とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合には、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第8条(本規約の変更)
当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの事前の個別通知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとし、変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "Do Learn — AI-powered Japanese driving license exam coach" ("the App"), provided by hasha0626, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App is a study-support application designed to help users prepare for the written portion of the Japanese driving license exam (provisional and full license), offering practice questions, mock exams, and an AI chat feature for answering questions.
2. Disclaimer regarding the AI Coach feature
- The "AI Coach" feature uses generative AI technology to automatically respond to user questions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of its responses with current laws or the actual content of the exam.
- AI Coach responses are provided as reference material for study purposes only. When preparing for the actual written exam, do not rely solely on AI Coach responses — always cross-check with your driving school's official textbook and materials published by the relevant Public Safety Commission.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (including but not limited to failing the exam) arising from inaccuracies in AI Coach responses.
- The preceding paragraph does not apply in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Prohibited conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
- Use the AI Coach feature to attempt to extract illegal or harmful information unrelated to driving license exam preparation;
- Engage in any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate for the operation of the App.
4. Intellectual property
All text, question data, images, and program code contained in the App are owned by us or by third parties who have granted us the right to use them.
5. Restriction of use / changes to the service
We may restrict a user's access to the App without prior notice if we determine the user has violated these Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice, and we are not liable for any resulting damages except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Disclaimer of warranties / limitation of liability
- We do not warrant, expressly or implicitly, that the App is free of defects (including with respect to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Where we are held liable, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in connection with the App during the month in which the event giving rise to the damages occurred.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms without individual prior notice when we deem it necessary. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
