Do Learn 本免・仮免試験をAIが徹底サポート
「Do Learn」に関するご質問・不具合報告・ご要望は、以下の連絡先までお気軽にご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、順次対応いたします。
A. 設定画面(または初回起動時のペイウォール画面)にある「購入を復元」ボタンをタップしてください。App Storeで購入時に使用したApple IDでサインインしていることをご確認ください。それでも解決しない場合は上記メールまでご連絡ください。
A. アプリ初回起動時のオンボーディングで「1日無料体験を始める」を選択すると、その時点から24時間、全機能をご利用いただけます。同一端末での再取得はできない仕様です。
A. 学習履歴やプロフィール、購入状態は同一Apple IDのiCloudに自動でバックアップされ、新しい端末でアプリを起動すると自動的に復元されます。iCloudがオフになっている場合は復元されませんので、設定アプリの「Apple ID」→「iCloud」からiCloud Driveを有効にしてください。
A. 発生した画面・操作手順・端末のiOSバージョンを添えて、上記メールまでご連絡ください。可能な範囲でスクリーンショットも添付いただけると助かります。
A. 本アプリはアカウント登録制ではなく、端末にデータを保存する仕組みのため「退会」の概念はありません。データを消去したい場合はアプリを削除するか、上記メールまでご連絡いただければiCloud上のバックアップも含めて削除対応いたします。

A. Open Settings (or the paywall screen shown on first launch) and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If the issue persists, email us at the address above.
A. During onboarding, tap "Start 1-day free trial" to unlock all features for 24 hours from that moment. Each device is eligible for the trial only once.
A. Your learning history, profile, and purchase status are automatically backed up to iCloud under your Apple ID and restored automatically when you open the app on a new device. If iCloud is turned off, restoration won't happen — enable iCloud Drive under Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
A. Please email us with the screen/steps involved and your iOS version. Screenshots are appreciated if possible.
A. Do Learn doesn't use account registration — your data lives on your device (and its iCloud backup). To remove it, delete the app, or email us and we'll remove your iCloud backup data as well.
